The daily newsletter was available at breakfast each morning of the conference to inform participants of highlights of the day and any changes in the conference agenda. The weekday was highlighted at the top and the banner theme of the conference was carried out by highlighting one banner in color each day of the week. Color was pre-printed on the sheets and the copy was created each night in a pre-established template and output on a black and white copy machine.
