A preprinted breakfast menu with a bright, sunny interior was designed. Blank cards for lunch, dinner, and dessert menus were provided and a style sheet guide helped staff to create and print daily custom menus. Wait staff wore gold polo shirts and black aprons with embroidered logos for outdoor barbeques.
