During Covid, the Newell Brands’ design team never missed a beat. In fact, it was one of the most productive times for many teams even though they were working remotely. To share what each team had accomplished, the event gathered leadership, who were distanced, to broadcast the digital event to everyone. Afterwards, a catalog of events and work was sent to each person to remember the year.
